Property Management and Maintenance

If anything should go wrong at a property we have a list of approved contractors who are all highly skilled tradespeople. Upon letting your property we would arrange a monetary limit with you, which would allow us to go ahead with any small maintenance jobs. If maintenance was required beyond this limit we would then contact you first to discuss the issue and secondly to see if there were any preferred contractors you would like to use.
